About Troy Niblock

Troy Niblock's involvement in real estate didn't start in sales, but in the related field of residential construction. Troy has a vast and varied experience in all aspects of building construction and renovations. His experience ranged from building foundations to major home renovations that included every part of the house.

Before becoming a realtor, Troy had to evaluate houses as a renovator / investor in order to determine value and profitability. Troy's concerns are often similar to many homebuyers. His experience provides buyers with an educated assessment of the property before a purchase. Home sellers also benefit from Troy's helpful low cost home improvement tips.

Troy's years of renovation experience are currently being put to use in his own home. Changing occupations from renovator to realtor, Troy has a new appreciation of the length of time it takes to complete a renovation project when he can't work at it full time.

When Troy is not busy helping clients he spends his spare time participating in hockey, skiing, working on antique cars and working on the family farm. Troy also enjoys the adventure of backpacking to far away destinations. So far, Troy has explored over twenty-five countries and is always thinking of the next destination.
